What you will do

• Assume ultimate responsibility for paid social output for client accounts.
• Oversee and manage a team of junior paid social specialists.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on paid social advertising across key channels.
• Lead client presentations and discussions on campaign performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok).
• Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns with mixed brand and direct-response objectives.
• Proven track record of compiling detailed campaign reports and presentations.
• Experience line managing and mentoring junior staff in an agency environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Work in a hybrid model, attending the London office around four days a week.
