What you will do

• Translate client briefs into comprehensive influencer strategies and execution plans.
• Lead end-to-end campaign workflows including creator selection, negotiation, and contracting.
• Manage campaign budgets, track spend, and support finance reconciliation.
• Analyze performance data and develop insights for future campaign optimization.
• Own day-to-day client communication and performance reporting.
• Mentor and manage junior team members to ensure quality control and professional development.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or PR.
• Proven track record of managing multi-creator campaigns across various platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, negotiations, and client communication.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with office attendance required approximately four days a week.
• Strong understanding of regional cultural nuances and platform trends.
