What you will do
- Serve as the senior point of contact for the UK GOV account and build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver influencer and social campaigns aligned with client objectives, policy considerations, and approval processes.
- Oversee campaign execution from brief through delivery, ensuring compliance, strategic soundness, and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with internal specialist teams and external partners to shape integrated solutions, manage timelines, and maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to drive optimization, reporting, and future recommendations.
- Manage and develop junior team members while identifying opportunities to grow the account through strategic counsel and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within an advertising, media, or digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing accounts in regulated industries (e.g., government/public sector, financial services, healthcare, utilities).
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media strategy, and end-to-end campaign management.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and navigating complex approval processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Right to work in the UK (London).
