What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Managers and Executives to meet client demands.
• Act as a senior advisor to clients on creator ecosystems, partnership models, and performance opportunities.
• Shape influencer strategies at annual, quarterly, and campaign levels.
• Oversee campaign quality, from creator selection and negotiation to reporting and optimization.
• Develop senior-level relationships with creators, talent agencies, and platform partners.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in media, strategy, and creative to integrate influencer thinking into agency solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social, PR, or integrated communications.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex multi-market influencer scopes.
• Strong commercial leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Must be based in Dubai or able to work from the office 4 days a week.
