What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, engaging decision-makers across Brand, Marketing, IT, and Finance.
  • Perform outbound prospecting and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Craft persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology solutions.
  • Fluent in English, German, and Polish.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience with CRM technology, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

  • Experience in design, marketing, or creative technology sectors.
