What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, engaging decision-makers across Brand, Marketing, IT, and Finance.
- Perform outbound prospecting and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
- Craft persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology solutions.
- Fluent in English, German, and Polish.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise accounts.
- Experience with CRM technology, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
