Location: Must be based in Europe; Hybrid model in Munich, Germany (office attendance one day a week if within 50km).

What you will do

  • Generate highly qualified meetings from target accounts using advanced sales development tactics.
  • Drive net new and expansion pipeline growth by identifying and engaging ideal prospects.
  • Deliver tailored messaging via emails, social media, engaging videos, and phone conversations.
  • Execute GTM strategy and optimize the utilization of the sales tech stack and internal resources.
  • Qualify and manage inbound lead flow for allocated accounts to meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to articulate market feedback and stay current on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker and fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Based in Europe.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and commitment to high performance.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
