Location: Hybrid in Barcelona

What you will do

  • Proactively engage existing hirify.global customers to discuss revenue management strategies and commercial goals.
  • Conduct data-driven product demonstrations to show how DR+ improves pricing and yield.
  • Use your hotel revenue management expertise to educate hoteliers on best practices and integration of DR+.
  • Manage the full upsell sales cycle from qualification to contract closing and handoff.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (Salesforce) and collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on hotel revenue management experience is mandatory.
  • Fluency in German language is required.
  • Ambition to transition into a consultative B2B SaaS sales career.
  • Proven or demonstrated aptitude for inside sales, account management, or commercial B2B sales.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and standard business tools.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
