What you will do
- Proactively engage existing customers to discuss revenue management strategies and commercial goals.
- Conduct data-driven product demonstrations to show how DR+ improves pricing and yield.
- Use your hotel revenue management expertise to educate hoteliers on best practices and integration of DR+.
- Manage the full upsell sales cycle from qualification to contract closing and handoff.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly upsell revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM (Salesforce) and collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on hotel revenue management experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in German language is required.
- Ambition to transition into a consultative B2B SaaS sales career.
- Proven or demonstrated aptitude for inside sales, account management, or commercial B2B sales.
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and standard business tools.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
