What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for Spanish experience providers from opportunity to close.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with SDRs to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to opportunity management.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within CRM systems.
- Provide market insights to help shape the growth strategy in Spain.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Native level of Spanish and fluency in English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Passion for the experience, travel, and entrepreneurship sectors
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality, tourism, or experience-booking industries
- Existing network within the Spanish tourism or events sector
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
- Additional European language capabilities
