Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Barcelona office (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for Spanish experience providers from opportunity to close.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to opportunity management.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within CRM systems.
  • Provide market insights to help shape the growth strategy in Spain.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native level of Spanish and fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Passion for the experience, travel, and entrepreneurship sectors

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, hospitality, tourism, or experience-booking industries
  • Existing network within the Spanish tourism or events sector
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Additional European language capabilities
