What you will do

• Lead solution engineering for US enterprise opportunities, managing the process from deep dives to closing deals.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations adapted to the local buying culture and procurement norms of the US market.
• Own end-to-end proofs-of-concept (POCs) anchored in local market value drivers.
• Manage functional RFPs, RFIs, and technical integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy, stakeholder mapping, and value proposition talk-tracks.
• Provide structured prospect insights and local regulatory intelligence to the Product Management team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, presales, or tech consulting for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Must be based in the target country (USA) with willingness to travel 40–50%.
• Fluent English and a professional command of the primary business language of the target market.
• Technical fluency in REST APIs, SAP, identity management (SSO), and cloud architecture (AWS or Azure).
• Proven track record of owning complex enterprise deals with sizes exceeding €250K.
• Working understanding of the US regulatory landscape regarding Carbon Management and Product Compliance.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in Supplier Intelligence, Carbon Accounting, Reporting, or Traceability.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or ServiceNow.
• Existing relationships with Big Four advisory practices or industry associations in ESG and compliance.
• Exposure to AI and LLM workflows in enterprise SaaS environments.
