What you will do

• Act as the technical lead during the sales cycle, mapping client needs to identity and fraud prevention solutions.
• Lead discovery, technical workshops, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) design in collaboration with Sales and Data Science teams.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advise clients using deep domain expertise in fraud risk, compliance, and regulated industries.
• Influence product development by sharing market feedback and insights with internal engineering teams.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in professional services, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise SaaS sales, specifically with data-driven or ML-enabled platforms.
• Strong technical acumen including familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, RDBMS, and ML/DS concepts.
• Expertise in risk, fraud, or compliance domains within financial services, fintech, or gaming.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, BSA, and the USA PATRIOT Act.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
