What you will do

• Assist with onboarding new clients by configuring and delivering the platform according to specific needs.
• Support technical integrations by providing best practice guidance to client teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during early deployment in coordination with Support and Customer Success.
• Gather and document technical requirements to translate client workflows into product configurations.
• Deliver introductory training sessions and walkthroughs to ensure client confidence.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share client feedback and inform product improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2–4+ years of experience in solution consulting, technical implementation, or support engineering.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, and web-based platforms.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, or data platforms.
• Experience in enterprise customer environments.
• Background in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
