What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall digital marketing goals.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing social media team, defining roles and processes.
- Oversee the execution of paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage content calendars and brand-consistent guidelines across all social channels.
- Establish KPIs, analytics frameworks, and reporting processes to optimize performance.
- Develop influencer marketing programs and ensure compliance with gambling regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling social media teams and strategies from scratch.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
- Must be based in London for onsite work at the St Pancras Campus.

- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and odds calculation.
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance in various jurisdictions.
