What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall digital marketing goals.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing social media team, defining roles and processes.
  • Oversee the execution of paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage content calendars and brand-consistent guidelines across all social channels.
  • Establish KPIs, analytics frameworks, and reporting processes to optimize performance.
  • Develop influencer marketing programs and ensure compliance with gambling regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling social media teams and strategies from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
  • Must be based in London for onsite work at the St Pancras Campus.

Nice to have

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and odds calculation.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance in various jurisdictions.
  • Experience in developing customer retention strategies.
