What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across the player lifecycle to drive activation and lifetime value.
  • Manage the Bloomreach Engagement ecosystem to deliver automated, event-driven customer journeys across email, push, and SMS.
  • Optimize reward programs, VIP initiatives, tournaments, and gamification mechanics to increase revenue and engagement.
  • Build advanced segmentation frameworks using behavioral and transactional data to improve targeting precision.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM specialists, campaign managers, and copywriters in a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading CRM or lifecycle marketing in iGaming, crypto, fintech, or high-growth digital businesses.
  • Hands-on expertise with automation platforms such as Bloomreach Engagement, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • Strong technical and analytical ability to work with customer data, segmentation logic, and performance reporting.
  • Proven leadership experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Based in or able to work in London.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience within crypto casinos, sportsbooks, or Web3 environments.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, webhooks, or customer data platforms.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven personalization and predictive CRM models.
  • Track record of scaling VIP and loyalty reward programs.
