is an iGaming company focusing on creating high-quality Bingo and Casino experiences for its players.
What you will do
- Develop and deliver the organic search strategy for Bingo and Casino brands across the UK, Italy, and Spain.
- Lead and coach the Organic Search team and manage relationships with external SEO/ASO agency partners.
- Own the technical SEO roadmap, overseeing site architecture, Core Web Vitals, indexation, and page performance.
- Manage the onsite content roadmap, including blogs and landing pages tailored to player intent and local markets.
- Lead App Store Optimisation (ASO) for iOS and Android to drive visibility and conversion.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all releases.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading SEO or Organic Search strategies in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in growing organic traffic and commercial performance, preferably across multiple markets.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including JavaScript SEO, site architecture, and migrations.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Sistrix.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and a deep understanding of how AI is impacting search.
Nice to have
- Experience within iGaming or other highly competitive, regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare).
- Knowledge of gambling compliance requirements related to digital marketing and SEO.
