What you will do

• Maintain and document safety and environmental management systems across all workshops, warehouses, and office areas.
• Analyze inspection data to identify noncompliance trends and govern the closure of reported findings.
• Administer the Risk Framework and maintain the company Risk Register.
• Develop and oversee training programs for risk assessments, JHAs, and environmental impact evaluations.
• Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Oversee waste management documentation to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE role.
• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to analyze HSE trends and apply governmental regulations to spot workplace deficiencies.
• Experience developing HSE training materials and delivering presentations to diverse groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and professional email correspondence.
• Effective English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver's license.
