Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise-level US clients end-to-end, from strategy to delivery and renewals.
- Lead strategic roadmapping and facilitate growth deliverables, specifically ASO.
- Handle contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate between internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Identify new growth opportunities within accounts and build proposals.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings with senior leaders in tech and entertainment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account or project management, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level clients and complex corporate structures.
- Background in growth marketing, performance marketing, or creative agencies.
- Strong negotiation skills for contract reworks and commercial conversations.
- English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal communication) required.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ASO, app marketing, or mobile growth.
- Experience with business development or scoping new client work.
- Comfort with client-facing presentations at a senior level.
