TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (Enterprise SaaS): Managing and expanding relationships with enterprise-level clients to maximize value and drive revenue growth with an accent on cross-selling and upselling within a quota-carrying role. Focus on identifying white space in accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting value propositions to executive stakeholders.

Location: Must be based in the United States (San Francisco office presence expected for hybrid work).

Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 OTE (including bonus/commission).

What you will do

  • Commercially expand customer relationships and close upsell opportunities up to $100K.
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify cross-sell and upsell potential.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Renewals Managers, and Customer Success teams to drive account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Product, Legal, and Marketing to support feature adoption.
  • Achieve quarterly upsell and renewal targets.
  • Travel occasionally for onsite customer engagement and sales meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or Account Management.
  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying role working with companies of 2,000+ employees.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience engaging executive-level teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Office and MS Office suites.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology.
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company.
