What you will do

  • Act as the day-to-day lead for a dedicated book of business, managing client relationships from sale to execution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and project managers to ensure timely, error-free delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare and distribute client communications, including status reports, contact reports, and meeting materials.
  • Articulate product value and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Analyze internal processes to improve efficiency and speed to market for pharma and brand initiatives.
  • Support ongoing training and mentorship within the account management team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management within digital, agency, or healthcare sectors.
  • Must be based in the United States and available for client travel as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and timeline execution.
