What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day lead for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Manage client-facing communications, including status reports, kick-off materials, and MLR meetings.
• Coordinate with internal project managers to oversee the development lifecycle and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze and improve internal processes while supporting overall team revenue goals.
• Conduct client travel and onsite visits as necessary to maintain partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management.
• Combined experience in digital, agency, and healthcare sectors.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executives.
• Proven efficiency in project management and timeline execution.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom to support onsite requirements and travel.
