What you will do

• Lead daily operations of Software and Test Engineers focused on custom patch and hotfix development.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex and critical customer incidents to ensure SLA resolution.
• Guide engineers through root-cause analysis and partner with engineering teams on code-level fixes.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Cloud teams to influence product direction based on customer trends.
• Define and manage KPIs and drive the adoption of DevOps and modern engineering practices.
• Hire, onboard, and mentor team members to develop their professional growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in commercial software development and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in C# / .NET and SQL Server (T-SQL).
• Experience building and operating cloud-based systems, specifically with Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/Azure Container Apps), and Helm.
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and REST APIs.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher (B2+) required.
