What you will do
- Own and execute the automation and integration roadmap for both internal operations and client environments.
- Identify manual processes and convert them into scalable automations to improve productivity and reduce friction.
- Build and deploy workflow automations, system integrations, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop reporting dashboards and metrics to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
- Streamline core workflows including service desk, ticketing, onboarding/offboarding, and billing.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools that provide clear business or client value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, DevOps, or technical operations.
- 2+ years of experience leading AI or automation initiatives.
- Experience working within an MSP, SaaS, or other multi-client service environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft stack (M365/Azure), PowerShell, Power Platform, and APIs.
- Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and a solid understanding of data structures.
- Must be based in the USA (based on provided benefits and location).
