What you will do

• Create test strategies and comprehensive test plans for self-driving behavior features.
• Design and execute synthetic and log-based test scenarios using an in-house simulation framework.
• Perform in-vehicle testing missions to observe new features in the real world and root-cause issues.
• Propose and validate new testing methodologies for driving software using automated metrics.
• Identify, track, and resolve implementation issues in collaboration with cross-functional software teams.
• Compile triage results and strategies from various QA validation platforms and pipelines.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an M.S. program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Foster City, California.
• Commitment of at least 40 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
• 0-2 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable software systems test strategies.
• Proficiency with Python, Linux command line, GIT, and JIRA.
• Experience with automated test frameworks and test automation.
