Focus on developing new sales initiatives, providing market insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure client value.

Location: London, UK (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

  • Manage a sales portfolio, achieve growth, and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to demoing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Mentor and support the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Deliver value-driven insights and communicate the product proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Act as a market expert, providing feedback on industry trends and identifying new opportunities.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs for key market segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role.
  • Solid understanding of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiation principles.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a confident phone manner.
  • Technically savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail, finance, automotive, telecoms, or travel sectors.
