What you will do
- Architect and maintain the central GTM knowledge base and sales materials.
- Develop and measure onboarding and continuous upskilling programs for GTM roles.
- Build and prioritize the GTM AI roadmap to drive productivity and adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders to align messaging and product functionality.
- Codify best practices from top performers to scale effective sales techniques.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
- Strong execution focus with the ability to manage complex information and systems.
- Excellent communication skills across live and asynchronous mediums.
- Practical systems thinking and high organizational capability.
- Hunger and ability to learn, even without specific prior enablement experience.
