Sales Enablement Manager (AI): Driving excellence across revenue-generating teams by developing onboarding, upskilling programs, and managing GTM knowledge with an accent on AI integration and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building scalable enablement frameworks, optimizing sales materials, and leveraging AI to amplify team productivity and performance.

Location: Must be based in London and able to work in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Architect and maintain the central GTM knowledge base and sales materials.
  • Develop and measure onboarding and continuous upskilling programs for GTM roles.
  • Build and prioritize the GTM AI roadmap to drive productivity and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders to align messaging and product functionality.
  • Codify best practices from top performers to scale effective sales techniques.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
  • Strong execution focus with the ability to manage complex information and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills across live and asynchronous mediums.
  • Practical systems thinking and high organizational capability.
  • Hunger and ability to learn, even without specific prior enablement experience.
