What you will do

• Support strategic and transformation projects, focusing on integration and process optimization.
• Design and implement future operating models and tools, incorporating process automation and AI.
• Create analyses, business cases, and management materials to facilitate decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business, operational, and technology teams.
• Assist in commercial activities, including market research and business development.
• Provide operational and strategic support to the GRSS CEO.

Requirements

• Master's degree from a leading business or engineering school.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interest in financial markets, technology, and innovation.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
