What you will do

• Analyze and define business needs, translating them into detailed technical specifications and use cases.
• Coordinate functional alignments across various development teams to ensure solution consistency.
• Gather IT cost estimates during project initiation and support project excellence.
• Maintain up-to-date product specifications throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Act as a bridge between product/sales teams and delivery teams to ensure alignment.
• Support release management, change management, and testing processes until go-live.

Requirements

• French language proficiency required for business communication.
• Strong background in business analysis and requirements engineering.
• Experience in coordinating technical alignments and managing project assignments.
• Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
