What you will do

• Set up standardized workflows to ensure efficient process transitions between GSC and Engagement Teams.
• Perform accurate data input and extraction using Argus Enterprise, Argus ValueInsight, DataBridge, and Excel.
• Manage client scheduling and setup within internal systems.
• Assemble market data sets from third-party subscription sites and jurisdictional websites.
• Contribute to the development of client deliverables, including report packaging and analysis of sale comparables.
• Conduct quality assurance and self-reviews to identify and correct data discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data extraction and input using Excel and relevant applications.
• Ability to accurately assemble and analyze market data sets.
• Strong attention to detail for quality assurance and data verification.
• Must be located in Casablanca, Morocco.
