What you will do

• Implement and coordinate market research projects, including programming, testing, and monitoring of surveys.
• Set up questionnaires and fieldwork on the hirify.global platform to ensure high data quality.
• Adapt and test questionnaires across various methods such as U&A, tracking, concept testing, and Conjoint.
• Monitor survey performance and proactively resolve issues during fieldwork.
• Collaborate with Research Consultants on analysis and reporting to deliver impactful client insights.
• Integrate AI across research steps in collaboration with the Product team to enhance platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in psychology, business administration, market research, statistics, or a similar data-related field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in market research.
• Fluent English and proficient French (C2 level).
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
