What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for backend integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and support API integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design and maintain end-to-end workflow and integration diagrams.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with backend-focused, integration-heavy projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs and backend integrations (requests, payloads, API contracts).
• Ability to create and interpret technical and workflow diagrams.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level required.
• Strong systems thinking and end-to-end process mindset.

Nice to have

• Background in Technical Business Analysis or Computer Science/Engineering.
• Experience in fintech or payments industry.
• SQL skills for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in BA workflows.
