What you will do
- Set the global indirect GTM strategy and lead the comprehensive rebuild of the Value Added Reseller (VAR) program.
- Lead and performance-manage a team of regional Reseller Sales Managers across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
- Own global indirect ACV and GRR targets, consolidating performance reporting for the VP of Partnerships and CRO.
- Establish a VAR health framework including scorecards, performance dashboards, and accountability metrics.
- Manage OEM partnerships, defining commercial models and identifying new opportunities to embed technology.
- Define and govern rules of engagement between Channel and direct Sales, including territory mapping and co-sell protocols.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in alliances or channel sales within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning a multi-regional or global Channel Partnerships function.
- Track record of influencing VP and C-suite level decisions in a Sales organization.
- Expertise in building or redesigning Channel Partnerships operating models and coverage frameworks.
- Ability to travel regularly across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
- Must be based in London

- Fluency in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or Korean.
