TL;DR
CRM & Lifecycle Lead (International): Owning the international lifecycle engine end-to-end, from strategy to execution, to drive activation, adherence, and retention across global markets. Focus on building scalable lifecycle programs for new market launches, optimizing cross-channel messaging, and leading a team of copywriters to deliver high-impact patient outcomes.
Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in the London office)

What you will do
- Own CRM and lifecycle strategy across international markets to drive LTV and retention.
- Build lifecycle programs from scratch for new market launches, including segmentation and messaging.
- Scale established programs in Germany, Canada, and Japan through strategic oversight and experimentation.
- Lead a team of local-language copywriters to ensure high-quality, localized execution.
- Partner with Product Growth to align lifecycle efforts with conversion and paid acquisition.
- Ensure deliverability, list health, and compliance with GDPR and local privacy regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally in DTC subscription or healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with modern lifecycle platforms like Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable.
- Proven ability to build and manage lifecycle programs for new markets or brands.
- Strong command of segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and lifecycle measurement.
- Experience with data compliance (GDPR) and deliverability management.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries or healthcare.
- Multi-market or international experience, particularly in Europe or APAC.
- Proficiency in SQL or BigQuery.
- Experience with AI workflow tools like Claude Code.
