What you will do
- Own end-to-end year-round marketing strategy and campaign plans aligned to business and market-segment goals.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital advertising, paid media/partnerships, email, and social channels.
- Develop marketing collateral, messaging, calls to action, and customer journeys for marketing and sales campaigns.
- Manage audience segmentation, data acquisition strategy, promotions, and lead generation for delegate sales teams.
- Maintain and update portfolio and event websites with up-to-date propositions and information.
- Deliver weekly reporting, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements to drive revenue targets and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or relevant experience.
- Experience running progressively complex B2B campaigns independently or as a peer in a senior marketing team.
- Strong understanding of marketing planning, operations, and execution using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua).
- Experience with CMS platforms (coding not required) and optimization.
- Thorough understanding of digital and content marketing (PPC, SEO, online advertising).
- Budget management experience and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
