What you will do

• Execute day-to-day email marketing programs for various festival brands.
• Design and build email templates while tailoring content for specific festival audiences.
• Analyze key performance metrics to derive actionable insights and refine future strategies.
• Build and manage targeted audience segments with a focus on first-party data collection.
• Create and optimize automated email journeys in collaboration with the CRM manager.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure festival campaigns receive optimal support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within email marketing and audience management.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and deriving insights from web analytics.
• Ability to tweak HTML and build email templates.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for visual design tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
