Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Plan and execute high-volume CRM campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and app channels.
  • Drive loyalty programme participation and reward redemption to meet business churn-reduction targets.
  • Optimize customer journeys and lifecycle engagement through data-driven insights and test-and-learn approaches.
  • Ensure all communications are fully compliant with GDPR and internal regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Data, Legal, and Commercial teams to deliver on-brand, high-quality campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines and dependencies to ensure flawless, on-time deployment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and compliance in CRM.
  • Experience driving loyalty programme engagement or reward redemption.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Must be based in London with the ability to travel to other sites as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in utilities, financial services, or telecoms.
  • Familiarity with complex preference centres and consent models.
  • Background in large-scale loyalty or rewards programmes.
