What you will do

• Grow client relationships and implement tailored solutions for complex supply chain challenges.
• Accelerate growth across the portfolio, including Air, Ocean, Trade Advisory, Customs, and Control Tower services.
• Partner with global sales teams in the US, Europe, and APAC to identify expansion opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and legal teams to execute client strategies.
• Drive upselling in Korea via app demos and manage client onboarding and SOPs.
• Build executive-level relationships and conduct business reviews to ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3–5 years of Account Management experience.
• Proven track record of driving results within complex global organizations.
• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
• Compliance-first mindset to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in a highly regulated industry.
