What you will do

• Support e-commerce sales operations, including daily tracking, order management, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with key partners like Naver and KKT to manage campaigns, product listings, and PDP updates.
• Drive offline retail performance in department stores by negotiating trading terms and managing VM compliance.
• Oversee inventory and supply chain alignment via the S&OP process to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on promotional calendars and launch targets.
• Prepare business review decks and track KPIs to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in department sales or e-commerce operations (beauty/FMCG preferred).
• Fluency in Korean and English required.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in negotiation.
• Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.
