What you will do
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase sales revenue and market share in Korea.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, and industry leaders.
- Manage quotations, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee assigned distributors by developing sales plans, monitoring performance, and coordinating training activities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research on industry trends and competitor activities to refine product positioning.
- Collaborate with FAE, Operations, and Product Marketing teams to support customer requirements and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of field experience, with significant experience in electronic distribution.
- Good verbal and written English proficiency required for internal and external communication.
- Must be able to drive business growth specifically within the Korea market.
