What you will do
- Achieve revenue targets for new and renewal recurring revenue and consulting services in the Korea region.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for software subscriptions and associated consulting services.
- Drive business from major Korean large customers using a "High Touch" sales motion.
- Collaborate with regional and global resources to maximize customer success and revenue growth.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, forecasts, and account profiles using Salesforce.com.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Korean software distributors and system integrators.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in high-touch IT solution sales specifically with Korean customers.
- 5+ years of experience in database selling for enterprise customers.
- Graduate degree is mandatory.
- Experience with subscription-based models and working with system integrators and partners.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of landing new logos and maximizing customer expansion.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Analytical DBMS.
- Experience selling open-source software.
- Post-graduate degree.
- Experience in a disruptive market approach to displace older technologies.
