TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Seoul, with 30-50% travel required across the region.

What you will do

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through new logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Develop and advance sales opportunities by identifying customer pain points and aligning solutions with their strategic vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineers, Delivery, Legal, and Marketing to close complex enterprise deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other sales efficiency tools to maintain accurate forecasts and track all sales activities.
  • Engage with C-level executives and technical buyers to establish executive sponsorship and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in selling maintenance, support, or managed services (AMS, Professional Services, ERP).
  • Expertise in full sales cycle management and navigating complex procurement processes for multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to technical buyers and C-level executives.
  • Must be based in Seoul and willing to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Industry expertise in Oracle, SAP, or VMware ERP ecosystems.
  • Experience selling for competitors like Spinnaker, Support Revolution, or Origina.
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
