What you will do
- Drive strategic growth in CEE with full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to identify priorities and quantify impact.
- Partner with Field Strategists and Solution Engineers to design and position tailored AI solutions.
- Utilize Gap Selling to create compelling business cases and value stories tied to measurable results.
- Manage multi-stakeholder engagements to secure commitment and close transformation projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation).
- Proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders on strategic and business-level issues.
- Ability to demonstrate successful deals where unrecognized business problems were solved with measurable ROI.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, complex enterprise opportunities to a close.
- Confidence in discussing KPIs, operational models, and financial impacts with client leadership.
- Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
