What you will do

  • Drive strategic growth in CEE with full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to identify priorities and quantify impact.
  • Partner with Field Strategists and Solution Engineers to design and position tailored AI solutions.
  • Utilize Gap Selling to create compelling business cases and value stories tied to measurable results.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder engagements to secure commitment and close transformation projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in complex B2B solution sales (SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation).
  • Proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders on strategic and business-level issues.
  • Ability to demonstrate successful deals where unrecognized business problems were solved with measurable ROI.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder, complex enterprise opportunities to a close.
  • Confidence in discussing KPIs, operational models, and financial impacts with client leadership.
  • Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
