What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans for national key accounts.
- Identify and win new profitable B2B business while increasing penetration in existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industrial customers.
- Organize customer events and meetings to drive business growth.
- Negotiate sales deals, including pricing, delivery conditions, and stock control.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and marketing teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in key account management and business development.
- Proven track record of managing national accounts and presenting product benefits.
- Strong skills in negotiation, project management, and analytical problem-solving.
- Fluent Hungarian and advanced English proficiency are required.
- Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
