TL;DR

Sales Representative (Automotive): Managing commercial relationships and driving sales growth for tires and retreading solutions with dealers and distributors in Hungary with an accent on business development and fleet support. Focus on building long-term partnerships, performing technical inspections, and leveraging CRM tools to ensure high service levels.

Location: Must be based in Eastern or Western Hungary. The role is hybrid.

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth and business development by managing commercial relationships and executing sales plans with dealer partners.
  • Support dealer network performance through market analysis, stock monitoring, and CRM-based reporting.
  • Develop business with indirect fleet customers by prospecting and performing tire inspections at operating sites.
  • Provide technical and operational support to direct fleet accounts in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners, providing product expertise and training.
  • Evaluate casings to promote retreading as part of the value proposition.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Eastern or Western Hungary.
  • Fluent Hungarian and English (B2 level) required.
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive or transportation sector.
  • Valid category B driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel (formulas and pivot tables).
  • High school diploma.
