Location: Hybrid in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Must be able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead engagement through closing to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to qualify leads and effectively convert opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals and talk tracks aligned with customer pain points and product offerings.
  • Partner with marketing and channel teams to identify and develop new growth opportunities.
  • Engage in weekly 1:1 coaching for deal strategy, forecasting, and professional development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct SaaS sales experience, preferably in the UCaaS or CCaaS space.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pasig City, Manila.
  • Ability to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) 100% on-camera from a dedicated remote workspace.
