What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead engagement through closing to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with channel partners to qualify leads and effectively convert opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals and talk tracks aligned with customer pain points and product offerings.
- Partner with marketing and channel teams to identify and develop new growth opportunities.
- Engage in weekly 1:1 coaching for deal strategy, forecasting, and professional development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct SaaS sales experience, preferably in the UCaaS or CCaaS space.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pasig City, Manila.
- Ability to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) 100% on-camera from a dedicated remote workspace.
