What you will do

• Oversee and work alongside a crew performing residential upgrades, including insulation and air sealing.
• Train and coach technicians on safety, quality standards, and best practices.
• Ensure projects are completed correctly, efficiently, and according to program standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site installation challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain professional relationships with homeowners and utility partners to drive program participation.
• Document work progress and capture inspection results for operations teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in home improvement or skilled trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, weatherization, etc.).
• Strong understanding of residential construction and home systems.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor other technicians.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment drug test and motor vehicle report (MVR) check.
