TL;DR

Location: Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo, CA

Salary: $33 – $41 per hour

hirify.global is a startup building portable, fail-safe nuclear microreactors to provide clean, reliable power for critical infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary in-house resource for electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Install and maintain electrical panels, lighting, circuits, and low-voltage systems.
  • Coordinate and oversee electrical subcontractors for specialized facility projects.
  • Support general facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and building fixtures.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, including LOTO procedures.
  • Participate in facility improvement projects and workplace operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial, industrial, or manufacturing electrical experience.
  • Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and construction drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Nice to have

  • Electrician certification.
  • Experience in aerospace, energy, or nuclear facilities.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and building automation systems (BAS).
  • Experience with CMMS systems and OSHA/NFPA 70E safety requirements.
