What you will do

• Oversee and work alongside a crew of technicians performing residential upgrades including insulation and air sealing.
• Train and coach technicians on safety, best practices, and quality standards.
• Ensure all projects are completed efficiently and according to program specifications.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and implement practical on-site solutions.
• Act as the primary company representative for homeowners and partners in the field.
• Document work progress and capture inspection results for operations teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in home improvement or skilled trades (weatherization, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing).
• Strong technical knowledge of home systems and residential construction.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor others.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
