What you will do

• Identify and collect building component data at District sites using digital tools.
• Assess the condition and remaining service life of building systems, including those hidden behind walls or ceilings.
• Supervise survey staff and serve as a technical resource for the team.
• Collaborate with trade surveyors to gather measurements and site information.
• Conduct ad hoc surveys as required by project leadership.
• Maintain client relationships through consistent onsite delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or 10 years of relevant experience).
• 6+ years of full-time professional experience in onsite construction management.
• Proven experience working with campus administrators, faculty, and staff.
• Ability to work onsite at client locations in Los Angeles.
• Proficiency in using tablets, laptops, and smartphones for data entry.
