What you will do
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of Channel Account Executives (CAEs) in the allocated region.
- Execute channel-sales and go-to-market strategies to achieve bookings quotas and company goals.
- Develop key partners to increase adoption of next-gen solutions, specifically Cybersecurity as a Service.
- Manage partner program requirements, ensuring 100% adherence, certification, and active business plans.
- Drive growth through new routes to market, including MSP and Cloud opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA Central.
Requirements
- Several years of team leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in 2-tier channel business and sales operations.
- Experience interacting with partner, customer, and internal C-level executives.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and PowerBI.
- Fluent English (C1) and German (C1) required.
- Legal authorization to work in Germany.
