What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and contract high-potential MSP partners to drive net new revenue and ARR growth.
  • Build C-suite relationships and negotiate partnership terms to maximize channel program effectiveness.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business cases in English, French, and German.
  • Maintain a data-driven pipeline in Salesforce and analyze market trends to refine territory strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure frictionless partner onboarding.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of success in business development, channel account management, or partner sales within the cybersecurity and MSP ecosystem.
  • Fluency in English plus French or German is required.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close partnerships that deliver measurable ARR growth.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security and managed services business models.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and MS Office.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Trilingual fluency (English, French, and German).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing partners across Europe.
  • Familiarity with PSA/RMM platforms and marketplace commerce.
  • Formal sales methodology certification (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
