TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (MSP): Managing the full enterprise sales cycle to acquire and expand high-value relationships with large Managed Service Providers with an accent on consultative engagement and complex deal structuring. Focus on driving ROI for executive decision-makers and executing strategic territory plans within the German market.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Germany. Must be based in Germany. Office available in Berlin.

What you will do

  • Execute a strategic territory plan to acquire and expand enterprise MSPs.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to closing.
  • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with MSP leadership, including CEOs, CTOs, and VPs of Operations.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEs, CSMs) to provide feedback on feature needs, integrations, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, preferably in MSP, IT management, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of Managed Service Provider business models, pricing structures, and technology stacks.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Must have existing work authorization for Germany; the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
